TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  1. A non-refundable deposit of 100/car is payable when booking (50 for non-wedding bookings). The balance is paid a minimum of 30 days prior to the wedding date.

  2. Wedding Booking dates are not transferable.

  3. The service will be provided as specified in the booking confirmation. If there are substantial deviations from this, additional charges will apply.

  4. For your protection cancellations are only accepted in writing and are subject to the following charges:
    Cancellation within 60 days of a wedding date, 50% of the balance is payable.
    Cancellation within 30 days of a wedding date, 100% of the balance is payable.
    Cancellation within 30 days for non-wedding bookings, 100% of the balance is payable.

  5. In we have a breakdown, accident or any other event beyond our control we reserve the right to provide another vehicle, which may not be the same  type or colour as the vehicle booked, or a full refund.

  6. Adequate time will be allowed for the journey but we will not be held liable for any delays beyond our control.

  7. If we are unable to complete the booking for whatever reason we will not be held responsible or liable for any arising consequential losses and any refunds will be limited to the money paid by the client.

  8. Smoking is NOT permitted in our vehicles.

  9. The client is responsible for the conduct of their passengers.  We reserve the right to invoice the client for any repairs, replacements, or valeting costs arising from damage to the vehicle or its fixtures caused by the client or their passengers.

  10. The chauffeur will decline to transport passengers if, in his opinion, the vehicle is overloaded or passengers are unsafe to travel.

  11. No responsibility or liability will be accepted for passenger’s personal property.

  12. No responsibility or liability will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle access at any location.
